Richard founded R M Accountancy Services with a practical approach: understand the people behind the business and make their numbers useful. As the practice approaches its 25th anniversary, he combines that experience with a forward-looking approach to bookkeeping, software and AI.
Richard brings Finance Director experience and expertise in improving financial systems, helping businesses turn their accounting information into clearer decisions and more effective ways of working.
Ross has over 25 years’ experience in accountancy, including more than 15 years with R M Accountancy Services. For the past decade, he has been the practice’s lead client-facing director, building and maintaining the relationships at the heart of the business.
Fully AAT licensed, Ross brings extensive all-round accountancy experience and a friendly, straightforward approach. He takes time to understand each client’s business, explain their numbers and help them access the right support as their needs change.
