Somebody to do your company payroll?
That is exactly where we can help. Whether you are employing your first member of staff, running weekly wages or managing an established monthly payroll, our dedicated, highly experienced payroll team can take care of the processing. Current clients value the team’s knowledge and the support they receive.
Our managed payroll service gives you an agreed timetable: what to send us, when to approve the pay run and what happens next.
From pay calculations to useful information.
- Weekly, fortnightly, four-weekly and monthly payroll processing.
- PAYE, National Insurance and the relevant payroll deductions.
- HMRC Real Time Information (RTI), Full Payment Submissions (FPS) and Employer Payment Summaries (EPS), where required.
- Starters, leavers, payslips, P45s, P60s and payroll year-end work.
- Statutory pay, holiday pay and changes to employee pay, with the information needed for your circumstances.
- Dedicated employer and employee portals for access to current payroll information.
- Payroll reports to help you understand your staff costs.
We agree the scope before taking over. A payroll bureau can handle the administration, while you retain your responsibilities as the employer and approve the information used.
Workplace pensions, joined up with payroll.
Company pension administration should work alongside the pay run. We offer pension processing across all pension providers, including employee and employer contribution calculations and the information needed for the provider.
We can help with automatic enrolment assessments, opt-ins and opt-outs, re-enrolment and declaration or re-declaration of compliance with The Pensions Regulator (TPR), as part of your agreed service. We help you understand what is due and keep the payroll and pension records aligned.
This is workplace pension administration and compliance support. If you need advice on choosing investments or a personal pension, that requires an appropriately authorised financial adviser.
Benefits in kind. Ready for the next change.
Company cars, fuel and medical benefits can add another layer to payroll. We can help you review benefits in kind (BIK), taxable expenses, payrolling benefits and the records your payroll team will need.
HMRC’s current interim guidance says mandatory payrolling starts on 6 April 2027 for taxable expenses and specified benefits, including company cars, vans, fuel and employer-provided medical benefits, with Income Tax and Class 1A National Insurance reported through payroll. Other benefits, including employment-related loans and accommodation, can be payrolled voluntarily under that guidance.
We can discuss your current P11D and P11D(b) position and how the transition affects your business. The treatment depends on the benefit and the rules in force.

Payroll questions, answered.
Can you take over from another payroll provider?
Yes. We can discuss a handover, the payroll history and pension information we will need, and agree a start date. Contact us before your next pay run so we can plan the transition.
Can employees see their own payslips?
Yes. Staff can access their own payslips through a dedicated employee portal, while employers have a separate client portal.
Do I have to move my accounts to you as well?
Talk to us about the payroll support you need. We can agree a payroll service and discuss how it will work with your existing bookkeeping and accounts arrangements.
How much does outsourced payroll cost?
We quote a fixed fee for the agreed work, based on your payroll, pay frequency, number of staff and pension requirements. The proposal sets out what is included and any additional work.
