How flexible FD support works.
Can you be our virtual Finance Director?
We can provide FD-level advice and agreed financial support remotely, with meetings and reporting suited to your business. We will define the role and responsibilities with you; a service arrangement does not automatically make us a statutory director of your company.
Can we use you part-time or for a one-off project?
Yes. We can discuss regular part-time input, a particular project or ad hoc advice. Bring us the question and we will work out what support is appropriate.
Do you only support particular industries?
No. This service is open to smaller businesses across sectors. We have specialist construction experience, and start every engagement by understanding your business model and the decisions ahead.
Will you replace our bookkeeper?
We can work with your existing bookkeeping arrangements, or discuss bookkeeping support if you need it. Reliable records are the foundation for useful forecasts and management information.
